This page explains the cookies PredictKing uses and why.

Strictly necessary

• predictking_session — keeps you logged in during your visit.
• remember_token — optional, only set if you tick "Remember me" on login, so you stay signed in across visits.
• csrf_token (stored server-side, tied to your session) — protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
• pk_cookie_consent — remembers your choice on the cookie banner so we don't ask again.

Analytics (only if you accept cookies)

• pk_vid — an anonymous, randomly generated ID used only to measure site usage (e.g. distinguishing new vs. returning visitors). Not linked to your name or account unless you're logged in while browsing. Not shared with advertisers or any third party.

Preference cookies

Your dark/light theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.

Managing cookies

You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
